I've done the hard bits myself.
My career hasn't been built around teaching business. I've spent more than 20 years running one.
I've had to win difficult clients, manage cash flow, employ people, build products, deal with procurement, make expensive mistakes, adapt when markets changed and keep going when things didn't work.
So when I sit down with you, it isn't theory. It's what I've actually lived.

2003
Leaving corporate to start Medialogix
I built it into a technology business with more than 120 clients, including the Financial Times, NHS trusts, police forces, government bodies and major commercial organisations. Long sales cycles, procurement, high scrutiny.

The turning point
Rebuilding it to run without me
I went from never seeing my newborn son to working three hours a day. I'd cleared my mortgage by 2014.

Then
Helping other owners
I realised I got as much satisfaction from helping other business owners solve their problems as I did from solving my own. That led to Progressive Business Network, and to the F.L.I.G.H.T. framework.

Now
Mentoring, and putting AI to work
I look at a business problem and work out how technology can make it simpler. Fixing processes, removing admin, and finding where AI genuinely earns its place. Never technology for its own sake.
